They both refer to the same city. After the Vietnam-American War the city was renamed from the old name "Saigon" to the new name "Ho Chi Minh City". People in Vietnam often use “Saigon” out of habit because it is a shorter way to address the city.

We know there’s nothing worse than leaving your ticket at home, but we’ve got you covered! Should you misplace your ticket, we can always look you up in the system on our end when you arrive at registration check-in. You can also let us know by sending us an email and we can resend it to you.

We understand that sometimes life gets in the way and you just need to go deal with it. Should something pull you away from us, we are more than happy to transfer your registration to a coworker. Please note, however, that once your badge has been printed at the event, we cannot transfer it to someone else.

As per our force majeure clause, if we have to postpone the event to another date in the year, we will automatically transfer all tickets to the new show dates. If the new dates don’t work for you, please contact [email protected] to learn more about your options.

-You can cancel your ticket and receive a full refund if you email us your request within 24 hours of booking.
-Tickets are not eligible for a refund more than 24 hours after booking.

However, tickets may be transferred to another person so please contact us at [email protected] if you are unable to attend the event and we will be happy to find the best option for you.

Vietnam's e-Visa is one of several visa types offered by the Vietnam Immigration Department to foreigners entering the country. The e-Visa is valid for 30 days, and single entry only.
