Payment transactions may not be successful for a variety of reasons, including:
- Incorrect card details (such as an incorrect address or CVV code)
- Bank restrictions (check with your bank or card provider)
- Security flags from our payment processor (Stripe)
First, please recheck that your payment details are correct and your bank has not placed any restrictions on your card.
Second, if you have a multi-ticket order, you can try reducing it to a single ticket order at a time (because our payment processor (Stripe) is less strict with smaller orders).
Third, you can switch to our alternate payment method using PayPal Guest Checkout by following these steps:
Step #1: Go to your "Cart" page, and if your tickets are still there, click the red "Checkout" button to proceed. (If not, you can go back to the main store page and add your tickets to cart.)
Step #2: On the "Checkout" page, enter your email, name, and address details, then click the yellow “PayPal” button.
Step #3:
In the popup window from PayPal click the bottom button “Pay with Credit or Debit Card”
Step #4:
On the “check out as a guest” window, enter your email address, then click “Continue to Payment”
Step #5:
Enter your email, name, address, and card details. Then click “Pay Now”.
(Note: If you don’t want a PayPal account, then you can turn off the toggle at the bottom for “Save info & create your PayPal account”)
Double-check all information to ensure your payment goes through PayPal successfully. You should receive a success notification once your PayPal payment is accepted.
