If there are less than 30 days until the event start date then tickets are not guaranteed any refund. However, please email "support@seomasterysummit.com" if you are unable to attend the event and we will try to assist you as best we can.

Tickets may not be transferred to another person. All refund requests must go through "support@seomasterysummit.com"

Outside of this website & email any offer to transfer or sell tickets is not legitimate including Facebook comments, Facebook direct message, etc.

We have found this is usually down to the billing address not matching the card you are paying with. Could it be a different one? If not please email us on support@seomasterysummit.com and we will arrange an alternate payment method.

If you want to look for it in your email inbox the subject line of the confirmation email is: “Your ticket for SEO Mastery Summit Saigon 2025” and it has been sent from support@seomasterysummit.com.

You will receive that confirmation email when you register for the event. That should have everything you need. If you can’t find your receipt/confirmation then email support@seomasterysummit.com

Yes, we have group discounts starting at parties of 10 people or more. Just reach out to support@seomasterysummit.com.

They both refer to the same city. After the Vietnam-American War the city was renamed from the old name "Saigon" to the new name "Ho Chi Minh City". People in Vietnam often use “Saigon” out of habit because it is a shorter way to address the city.
